Raid Team Rules

• COMMUNICATE If you are having a problem with something or do not like the way things are going you CANNOT hesitate to let us know.

• COME PREPARED - this includes reading up/watching fight videos, having your raid consumables, and ensuring that your gear/talents are taken care of prior to invites!

• Do your best with filling out vault options with Mythic Keys. This is something we look at when it comes to roster and loot choices. If you need help completing this reach out to others. Keys help gear us quickly and improve performance

• Be willing to make the effort to keep improving. Must be able to take constructive criticism.

• Have a good attitude, and be respectful of your raid Leader and fellow raiders

• It is expected that if you are signing up to raid, you are committing to being consistent for your team. We understand that real life happens so please pet us know AS SOON AS POSSIBLE if you will be late, leaving early or not attending.

• SIGN UP The roster will be put together from the raiders that signed up. We cannot message everyone to see if they are coming. If you do not sign up we will assume you cannot make it and we will fill the spot

• Attendance policy is 80%. Invites go out at 8:45pm PST. If you are not standing in raid able to hit the boss at 9:00pm PST it will affect your attendance. If you leave before 12:00 PST it will affect your attendance.

• The roster is based on sign ups, attendance, performance, gearing the team, and if a boss needs particular classes. People WILL have to sit sometimes. It is not personal. If you keep a 2nd spec up to date you are less likely to be sat.
